Please Note: The stability of all outdoor streams will depend on the strength of the cellular signal at the location. We will not be liable for any slowdown or interruption or of the local cellular service.
 

Note: this package only applies to events complying strictly with the features listed above. Any departure from these conditions will be consigned to our Regular Packages.

GUIDELINES FOR ECONOMY PACKAGES

  • Cameras are fixed in location & pointed only at the speaker/podium.
  • Additional viewers can be added for an increased charge of $135 per block of 100
  • We will capture audio using our on-camera shotgun mic or an XLR lead from the venue’s audio mixer to our camera to be provided by the venue.
  • The webcast can be streamed in High Definition – but only if there is substantial Internet Upload Speed available at the venue of 15 Mbps or more and/or a strong cellular signal available at the venue
  • Indoor Event Venues will provide a reliable Internet connection (wired or wireless – wired is always preferred) with an Ethernet cable leading to the camera station.
  • Outdoor Event Venues can only take place reliably if a strong cellular signal is present. Note: We are not responsible for any interruptions to the stream due to any slowdown of the venue’s Internet connection, any Wi-Fi signal drops or cellular signal interruptions.
  • The event will be streamed Live on a blank, unbranded page on our servers at no extra charge.
  • We will also record the video for you, again at no extra charge (editing not included).
  • No other Optional Extras can be applied.
